Full House Interior Renovation

This project involved a full interior renovation of a 30-year-old home in Richmond Hill, Ontario, recently purchased by a young family seeking a fresh, modern living space. The house had solid structure, but its interiors were outdated and in need of a complete overhaul—exactly the kind of transformation our team at Ahoora Homes specialises in.

We started with interior demolition, removing old flooring, aged wall coverings, dated fixtures, and inefficient lighting. Once stripped down, we installed new drywall throughout and applied professional plastering for smooth, seamless wall finishes. The entire home was then coated with premium, low-VOC paint, carefully selected to match a sleek and contemporary colour scheme.

Our licensed electricians performed comprehensive electrical upgrades, including installing new pot lights, outlets, switches, and bringing the main panel up to code. On the plumbing side, we replaced old pipes and fixtures in the kitchen and all three bathrooms, ensuring long-term performance and compliance with Ontario standards.

For flooring, we laid down durable laminate across living spaces, while moisture-prone areas such as bathrooms and the laundry room were finished with high-quality ceramic tile. We also replaced every interior door, trim, and baseboard, giving the home a crisp, clean-lined look throughout.
